Great Play 50
Build Fitness, Coordination, Teamwork and Athleticism Through Directed Play
For Ages 4½ to 10 Years
Great Play 50 classes are fifty minutes of fun-filled directed play. It's like field day, phys. ed. class and a birthday party all rolled into one, and it provides well-rounded, physical development in the process!
Unlike our Sports Skill programs, which focus on developing techniques, Great Play 50 focuses on building overall athleticism. These classes are ideal for both the child who doesn't particularly enjoy sports (and needs an alternative to the rec leagues for staying active and fit), as well as the child who does play sports (and wants to increase his or her overall athletic ability to perform at a higher level).
The activities (including obstacle courses, fitness games, coordination tasks and a series of high energy challenges that build teamwork) change every week. They're always fun and always designed to help foster Players' athletic growth and success. But the kids won't know that, to them it's 50 minutes of pure play!
Benefits for Kids
Great Play 50 classes build children's fitness, coordination and overall athleticism without focusing on sports per se, making it perfect for the athlete and non-athlete alike.
