Great Play Holdings LLC ("GREAT PLAY" or "we" or "us") respects the privacy concerns of visitors to websites operated by GREAT PLAY ("GREAT PLAY websites"). I. Information We Collect Automatically

If you visit the GREAT PLAY websites or download information we will automatically collect certain information ("Log Information"). This Log Information may include the:

  • Date and time you access the GREAT PLAY Web site; and

For example, if you choose a franchisee web site as your default site, the software will place a cookie on your computer so that the next time you type www.greatplay.com, you may be directed to your selected franchisee web site.

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google using cookies. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of the GREAT PLAY websites, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Google AdWords Remarketing is a Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting service provided by Google. It connects the activity of GREAT PLAY websites with the Adwords advertising network and a Doubleclick cookie. GREAT PLAY may use AdWords Remarketing to target ads to you based on your prior use of GREAT PLAY websites when you visit other sites in Google's content network.

GREAT PLAY may use the Log Information and cookies to manage and improve the Web site; to analyze customer and prospect trends; to track inquiries and purchases; to develop and contact you about products, services and promotions; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect GREAT PLAY's legal rights, or those of its customers and franchisees; and for purposes required by law.

II. Personal Information You Choose to Provide to Us

A. Enrollment Information

If you wish to enroll your child in a trial class or a class at one of our locations, you may do so by submitting your information ("Enrollment Information") through the online form on the Web site. Your Enrollment Information may be used for the same purposes as Log Information as described above, and as follows:

  1. GREAT PLAY will share your Enrollment Information with the Great Play location to which you have expressed an interest. Each Great Play location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. The franchisee may retain your Enrollment Information to contact you about: (a) enrolling your child; (b) upcoming classes, products and services, and promotions.
  2. GREAT PLAY may share your Enrollment Information with third parties, but only as described in this Privacy Policy. GREAT PLAY may share your Enrollment Information with its selected marketing partners, who might be independent companies that may join us in promotions aimed at families with children.
B. Prospective Franchisee Information:

If you are interested in learning about franchise opportunities with GREAT PLAY, you may complete various online and hardcopy forms. If you choose to do so, GREAT PLAY will collect your personal information on the forms (collectively "Prospective Franchisee Information"). These forms are not an application for consideration as a franchisee. GREAT PLAY will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose the Prospective Franchisee Information you provide without first obtaining your consent. However, if you are an employee of a current GREAT PLAY franchisee, we may communicate the fact of your application to your current franchisee employer.

III. General Privacy and Security Policy Terms

A. Personal Information as an asset of GREAT PLAY

The personal information you provide to us is an asset of GREAT PLAY. If all or part of GREAT PLAY or its assets are transferred or sold, your personal information may be transferred as well.

B. Children's Privacy

Our Web site is not for children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly accept personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, and if we discover that we have accidentally done so, we will delete it. Children under the age of 13 must ask a parent or guardian to provide us any personal information online.

C. Security of Personal Data

We care about the security of your personal information, and when you submit personal information, that information is encrypted and protected by Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) encryption technology and stored on secure third party servers using standard security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information.
