Birthday Terms and Policies

  • Deposit: A 50%, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book a party. This payment holds your date and time slot.
  • No reservations without deposit: We cannot hold a slot for you without a deposit.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel a party for any reason, we will make that slot available to others. If someone else books the slot, we will refund your deposit. The earlier you cancel the better the chances that it will re-sell. You must definitively cancel before we will attempt to re-sell. We make no guarantee that the slot will be re-sold and if it is not re-sold then your deposit will not be returned.
  • Snow/weather cancellations: In the event that a party must be cancelled because (a) the retail center in which we are located closes for business due to the weather, or (b) we in our sole judgment determine that the party cannot be held due to the weather, then you may rebook your party for another available date, with your deposit being applied to that booking. If you choose to cancel independently of (a) or (b) then your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Over 18 children: Parties with over 18 children will be charged an additional fee of $60 as set out in your terms & conditions. Parties may not have more than 25 participants.
  • Balance is due at the time of the party.
  • Waiver: All party attendees must have a parent or guardian sign our standard waiver to participate.
