Athletic Development Program
Sample Skill of the Week

Each class, we work on one skill. We spend a short time learning a skill and then a longer time applying the skill in games.

Instruction is adjusted using our SCORE system to each child's level, allowing them to have fun and make incremental progress toward proper form each class.
