Directors lead and assist in our structured classes, implementing the Great Play vision for helping kids get off to a successful start. They also lead our amazing birthday parties and help manage Great Play operations. The director positions have incentives and bonuses with opportunity for promotion and upward mobility.
Part-time positions are also available with similar responsibilities.
Qualifications: A Great Play coach should be an outgoing, strong leader, with an interest in starting kids on a path to an active life. You must enjoy "engaging" children in fun activities.
A Great Play coach may be a teacher, educator, actor, performer, camp counselor or even a clown – as long as you enjoy having fun and helping kids have fun. A background working with youth and/or experience in dance, drama, movement, sports, music, child psychology, kinesiology or early childhood development is definitely a plus.
