Financial Policy for Class
Payment in full of class fees and annual membership fee is required to secure a spot in a class.
Annual membership fee covers the entire family for one year. You must be a member to enroll in classes.
Four-week recurring enrollment:
- Pay for your first four weeks at the time of booking.
- You may cancel your recurring enrollment at any time by providing us with a Notice of Cancellation. We will provide you a cancellation confirmation number for your records.
- You will automatically be re-enrolled and charged for an additional four weeks, one week before what would otherwise have been your last paid class, unless you cancel before then. Each such extension of your enrollment is called a “Re-enrollment.”
- We do not provide notice of each Re-enrollment, but you may check with us at any time to find out when your next Re-enrollment will be.
- After you cancel, you will still be able to complete your remaining paid classes. Unused classes are non-refundable.
Eight, twenty and forty-week non-recurring enrollment:
- Pay for twenty or forty-eight weeks at the time of booking.
- You may re-enroll and extend your enrollment in sixteen-week increments. Each such extension of your enrollment is called a “Re-enrollment.”
- You must pay for your re-enrollment at least one week before what would otherwise have been your last paid class, in order to retain your spot. Otherwise, if a class is full, you may lose your spot to another customer.
- We will attempt to notify you by phone and/or email 2-3 weeks before your last paid class; however you are responsible for ensuring your class is paid on time to retain your spot, whether or not we are successful in reaching you.

Make-up Policy for Class
- If you need to miss a class, please let us know in advance, if possible, to allow someone else to use your spot for a make-up.
- A missed class entitles you to a make-up credit. Each enrolled child may carry up to four (4) make-up class credits at any given time. Make-up credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each credit may be used to attend another age-appropriate class, on an as-available basis, during the time in which your child is enrolled.
- Call in advance to reserve your spot for your make-ups. We cannot guarantee that there will be availability to use your make-up(s) when desired, or at all.
- Make-up credits are forfeited when your child’s enrollment lapses, whether due to cancellation or due to failure to re-enroll. Make-up credits must be used while your child is enrolled, they cannot be appended to the end of your enrollment.
Permanent class cancellations by us: If Great Play finds it necessary to permanently cancel the class in which you are enrolled, you may switch classes (space permitting), or opt for a credit or refund for your remaining unused classes. This is the only situation in which refunds are given.
All payments are non-refundable, including membership fees, initial payments, and automatic payments at Re-enrollment points initiated prior to your Notice of Cancellation, with the sole exception of Permanent Class Cancellations by us.
Registration / emergency contact / release forms are required: All participants are required to have a Registration with emergency contact information and a signed Release on file with us at the front desk. If you cannot remember filling this out or if your emergency contact information has changed, please see us at the front desk to complete a form. Please note that your child’s participation in a Great Play program is considered an acceptance of the Release by you, regardless of whether the form is on file with us.
Safety first: Safety is always our first concern. If we feel a child is endangering him or herself or others and will not respond to our staff’s requests, we will ask the child to take a break on the bench. If this continues we will discuss options with the child’s parent or caretaker. If you feel your child is being endangered by the behavior of any other child, please bring it to the attention of our staff or the owners immediately. Please do not attempt to control and/or discipline another parent’s child yourself, however.
Sorry, no siblings or friends in the gym area: Also for safety, and to help ensure our enrolled Players get the most out of their classes, the gym area is reserved exclusively for children enrolled in the current class (and their parent or caretaker for ABCD classes). As innocuous as it may seem to have their younger or older sibling tag along, it often interferes with the experience of other customers and causes safety concerns. We are delighted to have siblings wait in the front area during the class and watch (and cheer). If your enrolled child has a friend who fits the age range for the class and is potentially interested in signing up for the class, we might be able to schedule them for a free trial class with your child. Please call us in advance for a reservation because space is limited.
Weather/emergency cancellations: If Great Play cancels a class due to an emergency (such as severe weather), you will receive a make-up credit, which is good for 6 months. This type of make-up credit may be used even if you are not then enrolled.
Future modifications: I understand that these Terms are subject to change, and with each subsequent Re-enrollment, I agree to be bound by the then-current Terms as posted on www.greatplay.com/redmond/terms.html and/or available in print form at Great Play.

Financial Policy for Birthday Parties
- Deposit: A 50%, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book a party. This payment holds your date and time slot.
- No reservations without deposit: We cannot hold a slot for you without a deposit.
- Cancellations: If you cancel a party for any reason, we will make that slot available others. If someone else books the slot, we will refund your deposit. The earlier you cancel the better the chances that it will re-sell. You must definitively cancel before we will attempt to re-sell. We make no guarantee that the slot will be re-sold and if it is not re-sold then your deposit will not be returned.
- Snow/weather cancellations: In the event that a party must be cancelled because (a) the retail center in which we are located closes for business due to the weather, or (b) we in our sole judgment determine that the party cannot be held due to the weather, then you may rebook your party for another available date, with your deposit being applied to that booking. If you choose to cancel independently of (a) or (b) then your deposit will be forfeited.
- Over 18 children: Parties with over 18 children will be charged an additional fee as set out in your terms & conditions. Parties may not have more than 25 participants.
- Balance is due at the time of the party.
- Gratuity: Optional gratuity for the coaches is not included in the price.
- Waiver: All party attendees must have a parent or guardian sign our standard waiver to participate.
