Open Gym

Open Gym is free for members who are currently enrolled in a class.

Siblings not enrolled in a class can attend open gym for a fee of $8.

This is unstructured extra playtime and is great fun!!

Policies and information:

• This is unstructured play time - the staff does not lead any structured activities as they do in classes.
• You are free to come to the open gym(s) for your age group.
• Attendance is managed on a first-come, first-served basis, with safety as the priority.
• See schedule for times.
• "A-M" is for players in A, B, C, D, L or M classes, Parent/caretaker must be on the gym floor supervising your child at all times, no drop-offs.
• "VWXY" is for players in V, W, X or Y classes.

• Pay by cash or check - no credit card kept on file.

• Includes one structured class per week plus open gym times and make-up classes.

• This option has been discounted by 15% compared to the 4-week option.
• Includes one structured class per week plus open gym times and make-up classes.
• Only offered during the first four weeks.

Private lessons - Private lessons are available. Sessions are 45 minutes long. Private lessons are $50, semi-privates are $30/person ($60 total). No more than 3 private lessons will be conducted simultaneously (each gets private use of one netted area of the gym). Booking is done on a first come first served basis. Payment is due at the time of booking (refunds will be made if a canceled reservation is rebooked by another customer).

Annual Family Membership - Now only $40 when you sign up to receive Great Play Insider emails. Membership is required to enroll in our classes. Enrolled members can attend open gyms and schedule make-ups. Enrolled members also receive a discount on parents night out and birthday parties.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I enroll?
A: Just give us a call at 425-885-3800 and we can enroll you over the phone. We do require that you fill out a membership card on your first day of class.

Q: Do I need to commit to 1 class per week (or 2 per week for the annual enrollment)?
A: Yes. Otherwise, we could have too many children show up for a class. We limit the number of children per class to ensure a safe, fun, high-quality experience for everyone.

Q: If I pay for the a session, do I have to stay in the same class the whole session or can I change to a different day, time, or age group.
A: Yes, you can switch to another class as long as there is space available. We aim to be very flexible at Great Play, which is why we schedule everything in pencil.

Q: Are the classes different each week?
A: Absolutely! While the coaches and overall structure remain the same, we do change the equipment, the skill development, the games, the music and the scenes on our walls. We want to keep Great Play fresh and fun for you and your child.

Q: If we miss a class, can we make it up?
A: Yes, of course! Just give us a call and we'll find an available class for your make-up. We do require that you complete your make-up class(es) while you are enrolled. They cannot be added to the end of your enrollment period.

Q: Is there a discount if I pay monthly and want to sign my child up for two classes per week?
A: Yes. If you sign a child up for a second class, you get a 33% discount off the second class price (i.e. $79 for the 1st class & $50 for the 2nd class).

Q: Can I just attend an Open Gym?
A: Certainly. We have designated Pay-to-Play Open Gym times that are open to both children actively enrolled in the 4, 8, 20 or 48-week plans for free, or to children not enrolled in a multi-week plan for $10/child. Check the schedule for Pay-to-Play times.

Q: How many coaches are there for each class?
A: There are 2 to 3 coaches for each class. We aim to have a child-to-coach ratio of no more than 6:1.

Birthday Parties

Local Party Times:

• Fridays 2:30 and 4:00 pm or 4:30 pm
• Saturdays 1:30 and 3:30 pm
• Sundays call for times

Local Party Prices:

$299 for members enrolled in a multi-week class, $349 for all others. For up to 18 children for 90 minutes. Price includes 3 coaches, customized party, invitations, plates, napkins, utensils, setup, cleanup, plus a special prize for the kids. You just need to bring the cake and beverages - we take care of the rest.
