Parents' Night Out

Great Play of Chandler offers Parents' Night Out - a drop-off program that gives parents the opportunity to take a well-deserved break. Go out for a fun evening and rest assured that your children are with an experienced and caring staff in a fun, safe, and clean gym! Here are some of the activities we have planned for the evening:

• Great Play "Best of the Best" - We will choose from our most popular Great Play games and stations. We will have different age-appropriate stations for the various age groups. The kids will have a blast! (And not even realize they are developing motor skills, fitness, teamwork, and more!)
• Dinner time - Cheese Pizza and water, story telling, and jokes. (You are welcome to provide snacks or alternate food as long as it does not contain nuts due to some children with allergies.)
• More Great Play favorites - After dinner we'll return to the gym for another round of Great Play favorite games and stations.
• Movie time - We'll pull out the mats and end the evening with a G-rated movie on our 100 s/f screen. (Wear your pj's or comfy clothes and be sure to pack your favorite blankets, pillow, or sleeping bag.)

Parents' Night Out is open to both Great Play members and non-members.

How old must children be to participate in Parents' Night Out: 
Children ages 3 to 10 years old are welcome to attend. All participants must be potty-trained!

How do I sign up? 
Please select your dates and call or email us to reserve your space. Our phone is 480-726-7529 and email is info@chandler.greatplay.com. Payment is required to reserve your space. All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable.

What is the ratio of adults to children?
We have a staff/child ratio of 1:6 or better.

What if I need to pick my child up early?
Please let us know when you drop-off that you will be picking up your child early and we will arrange to have him/her ready when you arrive.

What food will you serve?
We provide cheese pizza as it is the dominant favorite.  Dinner is at 6:15pm and is simply pizza and water.

My child has food allergies or hates pizza. What do I do?
You are welcome to provide snacks or alternate food for your child. Please do not bring any foods containing nuts due to many children having nut allergies.

Do children have free choice to participate in the activities?
Absolutely! We provide a wide variety of activities to meet the different needs and interests. Children are never forced to do an activity and instructors will work to find alternatives where possible.

What kinds of movies are shown?
The movies will be G rated animated children's films and will be non-violent. Alternative activities may be provided for those who do not wish to view the movie.

How should I dress my child?
Children are welcome to wear pj's or just comfy clothes. And they can wear socks or go barefoot in the gym.

Anything else I should bring?
A favorite blanket and pillow (or sleeping bag) will be useful during the movie.
